Hi,

I tried to deploy a software using GPO. when I used user configuration publish option it prompt to the user to install.
But when I tried with computer configuration assign option it didn't work.

Could anyone help me with the steps for do that ?

Please check that the assigned user account has the proper admin privileges to automatically install the software. because it only installs after the user logged in to the computer. so that user account should have the install permission.
