Copy and Paste coming to the iPhone?

iPhone 2.1 Beta

iPhone firmware 2.1 was released last night to developers and rumor has it that the much coveted Copy and Paste feature will be making its first appearance on your beloved device soon!  There have been references made in Localizable.strings entry under English.lproj subjecting just this, leaving many to speculate that this may soon be a reality.  Almost as exciting as this, it seems that turn by turn GPS will be coming to the iPhone as well!  Also found were some new Core Location features that track the direction you are heading, and the speed you are traveling.

Here’s to hoping these rumors come true.
